Traders Way Canada Review: Is It Regulated in Canada?
By ForexCanada Editorial Team · Updated
Canada check
Traders Way is licensed only in offshore or light-touch jurisdictions (or not at all) and is not registered with any Canadian regulator. You would have no Canadian investor protection and limited practical recourse in a dispute. We could not confirm that it currently accepts Canadian residents — check its restricted-countries list before applying.

Our take on Traders Way
Traders Way is an unregulated offshore broker that has long been used by North American traders turned away elsewhere. Without a meaningful licence, there is no regulator to hear a complaint.
Traders Way offers MT4, MT5 and cTrader with high leverage and accepts clients whom regulated brokers turn away, including many North Americans. Without a meaningful financial licence, there's no regulator to hear a complaint, no capital requirement and no compensation scheme. We don't recommend it.
Verdict
Unregulated. Not recommended.

How Traders Way scores
Canadian protection carries 40% of the weight, so an unregistered firm can't outrank a registered one on price alone. See the full methodology.
